InsuranceBrokrs.com in partnership with our auto insurance policy-writing agency at ComparisonMarket Inc., will keep all non-public, personally identifiable information confidential and secure.  Whether you are a current, former or potential customer, you are covered and protected by our policy.

• We restrict access to our customers’ personal information to our employees who use it only to process the transactions requested by our customers.
• We require anyone outside our corporate family who perform services for us and with us to conform to our privacy standards.  Their contracts with us restrict their use of our customers’ personal information to only those services that they have contracted to provide for and with us.
• We disclose personal information only as permitted or required by law.
• We never sell or otherwise disclose personal information to others for their marketing purposes.
• We only share personal information as necessary to provide the auto insurance products and services a customer has requested, or to contact a customer about a product or service, as directed by the customer and as permitted by law.
• We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the personal information of our customers.

What We Collect
InsuranceBrokrs.com requires and collects only the information necessary to perform car insurance services on your behalf as directed by you and with your consent.  These services include processing and servicing your car insurance policy, settling your claims, and presenting additional products and services that we believe may be of interest to you.

About Our Security
InsuranceBrokrs.com Web site was developed as a confidential and secure environment.  Advanced encryption is used to protect our customer information. Unauthorized parties are prevented from viewing any personal information stored on our servers through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  All the secure pages on our Web site can be identified by the image of a closed lock at the bottom of your browser window.  By clicking on this image, you will see the digital certificate that was issued by the Secure Server Certification Authority as a verification of the security of that page.

“Opt Out”: We’ve Done It For You
The sharing of personal information, even nonpublic information, with third party businesses who want to sell you stuff is a common practice.  By law, companies must offer you a way to “opt out” of this kind of information sharing, although by the time you think of it your information may have been sold and resold many times over.  Once that happens, there’s no getting the genie back in the bottle.

Information that is immediately accessible can be identified and corrected at the time of your call.  For information that is not immediately accessible, we will retrieve it and notify you of its receipt within 30 days.
